Prayer Cards w/ Medals

Prayer Cards or Holy Cards were originally made primarily for funerals to celebrate the life of the deceased. The front of the card had the picture of the person, and the back of the card was written a prayer.

Holy Cards are now made as devotional pieces, with pictures of Jesus Christ, The Virgin Mary and many Catholic Saints. Oftentimes the prayer of the Blessed Saint is written on the back, and a picture of the Saint is on the front.
